Enrollment & Information
  • Students have a wide variety of needs. The submitting school has determined that these students' needs are better met in an alternative setting.

  • Students must obtain an application and a referral from their current school. This helps to ensure all State assurances and student needs are being met.

  • A Student no longer attending a school does not need a referral.

  • FCHS school application, transcript & prove of residency are needed.

  • Interview with staff

  • Staff will determine if student is accepted for enrollment to FCHS (FCHS is a Choice school).

  • Our instructional practices more readily accommodate different learning styles, and provide more opportunities for academic success due to the smaller class size and one subject.

  • We are staffed with highly qualified teachers.

  • Breakfast and lunch is brought in and served daily.

  • The academic program is on a block (3 weeks / Mon.-Thurs.).

  • Twelve blocks are scheduled during the school year with two optional summer blocks.

  • Our students can earn up to seventeen credits each year. With additional courses taken online, study skills, after-school program, work-based training program or from an accredited institution that has partnered with FCHS.

  • Our students may participate in any extracurricular activity at their home school.
